Experts,
I need urgent help with my network design. I have put forward 2*WS-C3750E-24TD-E switches in the design. I have ordered it and now have found that it comes with 265W power supply. The problem is I have also ordered PWR-RPS2300 with 2*C3K-PWR-750WAC, thought of supplying back up power incase AC fails. Here is my question, is this switch with 265W PSU can be backed up with 750W PSU or in other way is 265w PSU compatible with 750w PSU.
Regards,

No issues. The RPS supports most/all Cat 3K series. The larger PSU on the RPS is to allow it to back up 3750-E and 3560-E series.
Here's data sheet for the RPS. At the bottom, it lists out the switches that it supports: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps7148/ps7130/product_data_sheet0900aecd805bbef6.html

Just an input here , the RPS2300 is not a backup power source per se , it is used to back up the the internal power supply in say the 3750 if the internal power supply of the 3750 fails for some reason . To have actual power backup capability you still need a UPS hooked to these RPS2300's .
