I've recently made two attempts at a thread in the WAN Routing and Switching section and they still have not shown up.
Additionally, when I log in, I keep getting reverted to a page that says "page you are looking for has expired".

Josh,
It is possible that your browser's cache needs to be cleared. Please try to clear all objects from your browser cache, especially the cookies.
