Hi Chet,
A couple of points:
1. Check if the Directory Number has been configured on CUCM if adding manually.
2. CUCM 8.6.2 or higher is recommended as per the datasheet for EX series.

Hi Manish,
Sorry for asking questions in others thread. I have an EX60 with TC4.1 in Lab. I need to register this EX60 natively to CUCM 10.5. I know CUCM native registration is supported only from TC5.x. The issue is that I don't have the service contract. It's expired. So if I upgrade my system to 5.1, will it cause some issues? Regarding the Release Keys?
Thank You

Hi Abdul,
You will need the release keys for new version

Thanks Mr. Manish. Can I register this one to VCS?

Yes, it can be registered to VCS, please check the minimum recommendations though.

Thanks Mr. Manish,
Do we need TMS and provisioning extension for ex60 registration?
Thanks for your support.

You can register the EX90 to VCS with and without TMS/TMSPE, it all depends on how you'd like to deploy the endpoint, and if the VCS is setup to authenticate registered endpoints, suggest you take a look at the VCS Authenticating Devices Deployment Guide (X8.7). TMSPE can help automate the provisioning and deployment process for the EX90, refer to the TMSPE with Cisco VCS Deployment Guide (1.6) for more information.
