Camera fluctuation

Dear Community,

When i try to contact point to point via my Sx20 its runnig fine but when i add another call the both side view start fluctuating, Can anyone tell me what the issue is??? Is there any network BW issue????

Hi Syed,

What is software version on codec , There is bug which match your problem descreption and fix in TC 6.0.1.

CSCue70860 :  Issues with H.264 decoding concealment in SX20 multisite conference.

Please upgrade codec to latest firmware TC 6.1.1 .

Ok

Right now it has 6.0.0

So if we upgarde all 3 units from 6.0.0 to 6.1.1 then the issue is resolved???

One more thing dear unfortunaitly we forget the menu Password and want to remove it. can you plz assist for the same??

Hi Syed,

for the menu password change/removal  you need to take a admin login via command line (putty),

xCommand SystemUnit MenuPassword Set  Password: ""

if you leave it blank there would be no password

if want to put any password then you can mention here.

I already try this

But issue was same, then i try to reset factory default so issue is resolved but I know it's not a proper way can you please share another tools or technique to solvedout this issue in future

sounds very strange as that should be working as per your requirements

definetly there is no need to do a factory reset, and is not a resolution.

can you share the log out put of the command line if you captured.

do you get any error

what happens if you put a password "ciscoabcd"  are you able to change it ?

what is the software version on the codec?
