Hi All,
When a Cisco Proximity device (client application) has left the room in which a Cisco Telepresence device resides,
it seems to take 5 minutes for it to disconnect/timeout
Is there a setting within the Cisco Telepresence device/application that can reduce this timeout?
Thanks
Kent

Hi Kent,
In CE8 the customer has an option on the Touch 10 panel to disable proximity with a button if the presentation in the room needs confidentiality, this will effectively disable proximity and disconnect all paired units until enabled again.
It´s known that it takes a while for the pairing to be lost when you leave the room due to the token exchange. You can read more about it here:
