Cisco webex desk not registering to Call manager

We are trying to register Webex desk unit to Call manager. Its returning device mismatch error. We are running 12.5SU3 and we only see device type as webex desk pro in call manager. It fails with error Device Type=36324 and device mismatch. What device type should this be?

It should be a Webex Desk if it is a Webex Desk, not a Webex Desk Pro. To add new device models/types you’ll need to install the latest device pack. If you already have installed newer individual device firmware files you’ll need to check the device defaults page to verify the firmware loads per device type.
