A customer is planning to buy some C60 and MX200 systems. They want us to provide them some layouts for the C60s to be sold. They sent us a template which I attached in this discussion. And I created a layout xml file using TC console (also attached it in this dıscussion) named test_layouts. And I uploaded the layouts to a C60. Now I am testing and I have some problems.
In test environment I have a C60, a C20 and a E20. Anyway the cases in the test are like below:
- Before I uploaded the layouts I created, there was no problem. I can make point to point and multisite calls without any problem.
- After I uploaded the layouts I have no problem in point to point calls. It works. I can change layouts as expected. But when I try to make a multisite conference between three systems, I have problems. I can not see video from third endpoint and I can not send video to it neither. I tried a lot of thing (resetting and re-uploading layouts, factory reset on C60 etc...) but it didn't work. Is there anyone who tried that?
