my EX90 keeps losing its SystemName. What can I do about it? regards, Eric

Do you have TMS? You can backup the good config and set TMS to restore it on a regular basis. 

What version of software are you running on it?

thanks for the reponse.

No TMS

the SystemName is deleted at every reboot. So a restore after every reboot for just one setting is a bit overkill.

Software version TC7.3.9.b938c8e.

Is it registered to CUCM?  If so, have you set the system name in CUCM? And if so, does it have any weird special characters that maybe CUCM doesn't understand?

Has someone enabled Non-persistent mode for the configuration of the endpoint, so it keeps reverting to the saves state when it is shutdown or rebooted?

Check in the web interface under Configuration > Security > Non-persistent Mode
