HDMI2 on SX-20 is Flickering

I see the Monitor Connected to HDMI2 of a SX-20 is Flickering continuously with Blurr image.

We see this same issue even when we swap the Monitor 2 with the Monitor 1, so doesn't seem to be a Monitor issue.

CEC is On.

If we restart the SX-20, the issue is resolved.

TC5.1.4 is the SX-20 version.

do this issue repeat after reboot on SX20 unit ?

is this flickering issue is when camera selfview is selected or also when wallpaper is displayed ?

Hi Rameez,

Can you upgrade codec to TC 5.17 or TC 6.1.1 and see is issue is resolved after that.

It is running 5.1.4 currently - looking for an option to upgrade and monitor.

Could this be a hardware releted issue.

It resolves after a reboot, but face the issue again after a week or so.

Issue see with entire screen - either Selfview or wallpaper.

Hi,

 For this issue, you can change power line frequency. 

after login to the codec

configuration->camera->power line frequency->auto or 50 hz (apart from america).
