Hi, i am new here so hopefully some of you experts can help me out.
i Have acces to the newest software for a C20, but to upgradecthe endpoint i need a release key aswell.
can anyone tell me where to get this ?

Hi Sigmund,
You can contact Cisco licensing team directly by requesting the licenses you need for your C20. Send email to licensing@cisco.com for your request.
Or if you already have the PAK (Product Authorization Key) for your C20 use this tool to get the licenses:

From Software version TC6.1.0 on-wards, you do not need a new release key for new software, as long as you have a valid release key from any software version on the device, it will work with the newer software. The only exception to this is when performing an upgrade from TC5.1.x where you will receive an error message saying you do not have a valid release key.
