When I connect my laptop to video cable to share a presentation, the system detects my PC connection. I the tablet I select share PC and I receive "No signal (PC)" message in the tablet.

If you log into the web interface of the endpoint, what appears under the status for the video input?
You don't mention what endpoint you're using, but is the laptop set to a supported resolution?
Is there any third-party hardware or devices between the laptop and endpoint?

Hi Patrick
I'm working upgrading the firmware version with Cisco Support; but still the same issue.
We will try with a new cabel. DVI(M) to VGA(M).

Is the laptop set correctly to extend or mirror it's desktop to the external monitor? If it's not set to send anything to the external display, then the endpoint will show a "no signal" as it's not receiving anything.
