Can i display any kind of custom images or video contents on Cisco room Kit devices is in idle state without any meetings?

Yes. Use digital signage to have the endpoint load a webpage with the web engine (Chromium). AppSpace has a freemium offer in Control Hub, if you want an off the shelf option (not an endorsement).

What about custom images and do we need to do the configuration in each and every system ( enabling the options ) if there are more than 30 devices.

If it’s the background image that you’re referring to that has to be set on each device. You can use CE Deploy to push it to your devices of choice.
