Installing DX80 Firmware

Hello,

I am looking for a step by step guide for updating the firmware on a Cisco Telepresence DX80 if there is one available and someone can point me in the right direction in getting one.

The DX80 runs either android software or CE software. Which of these is your DX running?

Hi there

Please do the following from page 10 in this guide from Cisco:

1. Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the DX device.
2. Open the Settings application and navigate to More... > TFTP Server.
3. Enter the IP address of the Cloud Upgrader tool:
1. TFTP Server 1: upgrade.cisco.com or 128.107.1.157
2. When prompted, erase and Trust List files.
3. TFTP Server 2:
4. When prompted, erase and Trust List files.

The DX device will restart and the upgrade process will start.
