MX300-G2 volume not controlable from remote controls

Hi, I have an Mx300-g2 and while all other funtions on my TV remote control operate as expected with my tv box, the volume does not and can only be controlled via the volume buttons on the small touch screen control pad connected to the Mx300-g2.

I'm not clear on your setup, but there are no remote controls for an MX300, the volume control is on the Touch 10. Any third party remote you have won't work.

Hi Pj, I have a tv box connected to the MX300-G2 and watch netflex through it, the TV remote can control all functions except volume.

got it - thanks for the clarification, but there's nothing you can do, the MX doesn't even have IR sensors, you can only adjust the volume from the Web GUI with a browser and the touch 10.
