Not clear on what your question is, it looks like your "just" posting the output from a system. The output as such is IMHO pretty straightforward, it basically says that device cannot register with a call processing system. Have you verified that it is configured in that system and that the device has access to it?

Roger's right - you're just posting output from the system, no questions, and clearly you haven't done anything other than put this device on the network. We don't know what you're trying to do, what your environment is - nothing. Try reading the manual and if you need help, tell us what you're trying to accomplish - register to Webex cloud, CUCM, VCS/Expressway? You have given us zero information.
