We have stopped using H323, using SIP 100% now. Customers are calling us now because there are seeing the H323 not registered. Is there a way to turn that off so the customer does not see it?

If you are talking about H.323 gateway registration in CUCM, that kind of gateway will never show as registered whether it is in use or not. Or are you talking about H323 registration in some other context?

if the endpoint is registered to Webex or CUCM it will inherently disable H323. If you’re using VCS/Expressway or another SIP proxy try these commands on the endpoint:
xConfiguration H323 CallSetup Mode: Direct
xConfiguration Conference DefaultCall Protocol: Sip

In addition to this, if you're not using H.323 at all, you may want to consider using this command on the endpoint as well:
xConfiguration NetworkServices H323 Mode: Off

Do keep in mind that doing this on the VCS/Expressway would affect clustering if you use that as the cluster communication is done with H.323. The assumption would be that you meant to say that this command would be used on the endpoints?
