Unable to add Polycom VSX8000 to TMS - Send command 'volume get' failed

I am trying to add a Polycom VSX8000 to our TMS version 14.3.2 - I keep getting the following error: description: Send command 'volume get' failed, base exception: Send failed for host

I have added other VSX8000 units without any issues - any information you can provide is appreciated

TMS uses port 24 to communicate with the Polycom VSX8000.

*Note*  -  AMX control panels will use port 24 on the Polycom and block TMS communication.

-If you are using an AMX, remove it and attempt to add the system to TMS.

-If there is a firewall in place verify port 24 is open.

*You can take a packet capture from TMS and the Polycom to determine if the port is blocked.
