Call forwording to Call Handller

hello 

I have call handlledr configure on my CUC i need to forword the   Non-answer call to that handller i put the number of route pattern in secation no answer prword but not working even i add Forwording & Routing  rule in cuc but still not working

Non answer call from where ? 
what are your trying to achieve it’s not clear..
