Call forwording to Call Handller

hello 

I have call handlledr configure on my CUC i need to forword the   Non-answer call to that handller i put the number of route pattern in secation no answer prword but not working even i add Forwording & Routing  rule in cuc but still not working

if im not answer the call from my phone i need to forword to call handdler

Hi,

You need to forward it to a CTI Route Point with the same DN of the call handler and with Forward All to VoiceMail option selected.

What happens now when you call your Phone and you don't answer?
