I have CM 4.2 I would like to know if there is any way to get call manager to see a MC3810 so it's FXO's and FXS's can be configured for MGCP. The MC3810 is not in the list of gateways that can be configured.

The MC3810 is not supported with CCM 4.x and MGCP. You could, however, add it as an h.323 gateway.
