Hi,
I have an Callmanager version 11.0 and he dont complete the Backup.
He show-me a complete backup, but with 87% percent, I see many files on folder, I selected all 3 features, but Callmanager informe that backuped only the PLM.
I restarted all server´s on cluster without success.
Someone have an idea?

Your scheduled backup, I believe you selected only PLM. can you try a manual backup with all components.
This is the reason for 87%.

I selected all features, as you can see on the files.

is there any other component showing status 0 when taking backup.
Try restarting the Master Agent and Local Agent on publisher and LA on subscribers and try a backup.
