Dear Support, I recently installed BE6000 on virtual machine, I have the CUCM interface working fine.
My issue is that i cannot connect ip phone 8845 on CUCM
Can anybody help me what is the issue?

Hello JB, I don't have the error message, the phone still running on "Registering".
I don't know if i have the right license for the CUCM

- A device pack may be required in CUCM to be able to add the phone.

Yes i able to add/configure ip phone 8845 on my cucm after installed device pack
- A device pack may be required in CUCM to be able to add the phone
Device pack was already applied (cmterm-devicepack11.0.1.23068-1.cop.sgn)
The ip phone can get ip address from dhcp and option 150 is configured and pointed to CUCM ip.
after adding the ip phone 8845 from CUCM, it's cannot appears on cucm

If you installed the DevPack to add support for the phone model, did you install it in all the servers in the cluster and performed a cluster reboot after that??
What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Dear Jaime,
Before installing the DevPack, i couldn't see ip phone 8845 from phone list.
after installing the DevPack, the sip 8845 appeared on the list.
I installed the DevPack from Cucm OS Administration menu and after i rebooted the cluster.
didn't do any troubleshooting.

have you tried erasing ITL/CTL files on the phone itself just to be sure. They catch me out every time :-(

Thanks for you reply,
The issue was solve, finally, it was a network issue,
The cucum and phones were are in differents vlans.
Solve the network issue and it worked fine
