When we should expect CCUM 15 SU1 stable release?

It's there, when it's there. Anytime in Q1.
In the forum, there are no Cisco techs in general. So, you won't get any official statements, other then from any docs, that are publicly available (Cisco live, any Cisco trainings, ...)

The FCS release of v15 is actually remarkably stable from our own tests. We are running it in our pre-production environment for some time now and we haven’t had a single issue related to it being on v15. This system comprise of CM, CUC and CER, all on the FCS release.

i agree with @Roger Kallberg , i may wait until SU1 but if i had to go into prod with FCS, i would not be too upset about it.......
