When I try to open a script from home on my laptop (Win 7), I receive this error:
The script is stored locally on my machine and I am connected via VPN to my work network. The editor
works fine at the office and I've even tried connecting via our public wireless while at work, then via VPN to our network
and had no issues. The editor works from home with my old laptop (Win XP). Editor version is: 8.5(1.0).
I tried running the editor in Compatibilty Mode and "Run as Administrator".
Any ideas?

I uninstalled Java and the editor. Reinstalled just the editor and now I receive this error:
As before, the editor worked fine while at the office.

We found the issue with Java. Our personal network drives are not mapped when connecting to the VPN. Apparently parts of the editor/java install live in the documents folder. Once the drive is mapped offsite, the editor works w/o issue.
