CDR record not being recorded for calling party calls

Hi,
When a call is being made from 4501 i am not seeing this information being recorded in the CDR database. I am seeing quite a few blank entries though in this column which i suspect is this number. Does anybody no if CCM has issues recording a number with shared line appearence?
If not has anyone seen this before and can help him?

This occurs only when the blind transfer is attempted by the called party. It does not happen when the calling party is involved in the transfer
