Hello,
I'm trying to get usage reports in CDR to help determine which users are still using their phones. When trying to run user reports in CDR, I receive the below error when I choose view report or send report.
I have 2 CUCM servers (1 publisher, 1 subscriber). CDR Enabled Flag is set to true for both
I've restarting services but no luck. I am running 11.5.1
Error Code | Error Description |
10011 | System Error. Contact System Administrator. |

also its maybe because of bug
update + upgrade your cucm & see what's happens ?..
for example >> if your cucm is 11.5.1.12900 (SU2) >> try to update to latest SU11 >> 11.5.1.23900
many bugs is fixing through this updates..

Assuming that your CUCM can send CDRs, you may want to look into VoIP Detective's "Endpoint Utilization Report". It can tell you the last time each phone was used.
