change external incoming call display from a number to a name

Hello All

Is it possible ?

 A user hope a incoming call number is display as like name.

For example, A external cell phone make a call to my desk phone from PSTN.  I want to display the cell phone owner name on my desk phone, if I know the user. 

 UC 10.1  E1

Not natively, there are some 3rd party applications that can integrate to your CUCM to achieve that.
