yes I need to create images to my IP Phones use in background

Google Cisco Phone Designer and download the tool from CCO, its easy. Just have to make sure you enable "Phone Personalization" parameter under the phone device.

In order to use Cisco Phone Designer, CUCM 6 or 7 must be installed.

There is no way to change the default background or to bulk update phone backgrounds.
