In this document:
Anyone can help me what does it mean?

These are several characteristics of the Infrastructure Configuration Templates feature. You can chain together several tasks, keyword replacement allows a template to be used over and over just by changing the keywords, and templates can be executed now or at a later time using scheduling. This functionality has been in PCP for many years and exists up to PCP 11.5.
Starting in PCP 11.6 (planned for November 2016), we have pulled the IOS pre-built template function and the Infra Config Template keyword function into the PCP batch mechanism, making the batch mechanism more flexible. With this change the Infrastructure Template function is no longer needed as the batch function now does everything. Additionally the IOS batch provisioning function now allows up to 32K characters to be sent to an IOS device per single batch task.
Another way of looking at this is that the batch function allows a batch to be built that provisions, for example, CUCM and IOS SRST/CUBE functionality, leveraging keywords, in a single batch job that can be scheduled to a convenient date/time.
If an earlier PCP is upgraded to PCP 11.6, any current Infra Config Templates or pre-built IOS templates will be migrated to PCP batch jobs. The Infra Config Templates UI will be turned off as it is no longer needed.
