CISCO WEBEX NODE FOR MCS INSTALLATION

Hello,

I have purchased Cisco MeetingPlace 8.0 with CUWL licensing for users. I want to intall it with Webex Node (in WebEx Scheduling Deployment) but I have not received the Cisco WebEx Node for MCS installation DVD.

Is it possible to download it or something? Thank you very much.

Take a look at:

The installation media themselves should ship with the product.  You may need to open up a TAC case to have that re-sent.

Markus is correct, the Install DVD should ship with the system. You need to contact your Cisco Account Team to get the installation DVD.

MeetingPlace TAC doesn't have any way of requesting software be sent out or availability of links to download this installation software.
