I am presently in a CUCM 10.5 cluster . My CDR - QOS related fields like latency, jitter, packet loss are all seen as null..
I went to the system > scheduler >CDR load and unchecked the Load CDR only check box and saved yet I dont see the values load up .
Even after the analysis & reporting scheduler restarted.
Has someone faced & resolved this issue ? Kindly Help

Hi Arun,
Can you check if the clusterwide parameter "Call Diagnostics Enabled" is set to True. Ony if it is set to true the qos info or cmr will be generated.

Hi Manish,
Thanks for the response
Yes i checked the Call Diagnostics enabled flag is set as 'Enabled regardless of CDR enabled Flag' . so i would assume it is enabled making no difference here.
Regards,
Arun

Hi Arun, Is the cmr data not being loaded for all calls ( internal or external )? If that's the case and the parameter is already enabled then i would suggest a restart of callmanager service on the nodes to which the phones are registered.
