Hello,

we have Cisco CUCM 11.5 in our company. We need to add more licenses to it.
How can we do that?

Hi there,

The CUCM release 11.5 has reached its end of life (EOL), and as a result, ordering licenses is no longer possible. Please reach out to a Cisco partner to explore your options. The last date for any changes, renewals, or subscription updates for this version was in May 2022. It's advisable to consider upgrading your system to the latest versions (v14. or v15[soon to be available])

Does it mean we can buy licenses until May 31, 2024?

No you can not buy new license, end of sale was May 31, 2021. After that date you can no longer buy anything related to this product. The part that you ask about, "to receive applicable subscription entitlements", is in relation to support of the product. It basically means that if you have a support contract that is still active you're entitled to get support.

One more question, plz. In the document I see this:

The last date to Renew or Add to an existing subscription. May 31, 2022
The last date to receive applicable subscription entitlements. May 31, 2024

What means receive applicable subscription entitlements?

What can we get until May 31, 2024?

I don't know where your looking but in the link provided by @Shalid Kurunnan Chalil it states this.

It says last day of support is May 31, 2024. That's pretty clear to me, what is it that you don't understand with that?
