CUCM 12.0.1.1 TFTP Not Running

Dear All,

 

Hope this finds you well,

 

Kindly we have a problem the phones not registering in the CUCM it said TFTP Timeout

 

I think the problem in the TFTP because it is not running and when I want to start the service it is start from less then 30 seconds and again stopped 

 

the old phones working normally but we can't add any new phones because the TFTP

what is the version of your call manager ?
and what is the version of the update file ?

I'm using version 8.6.2.10000 for my lab. so i have problems to registry other Ip phone, the tftp suddenly stop working and i think an installation update will solve the problem and i have version 9.X.X . . . if you have some other way to solve this problem without install the new lab environment it will help me. thanks in advance. filipe

unfortunately I don't know other way to fix this issue as in my can it was a software bug
