CUCM 14 backup

Hello why we still have ELM and PLM selection under backup of CUCM ver 14?

Do I need to select them. when i backup?

No You don't need. I hope this a upgraded/migrated cluster to 14.

Check out with Cisco TAC, probably they cold able to do something not to show the PLM component anymore.

No. It’s not possible to restore a backup on any other version than on exactly the same as the backup derives from.

Use cucm 14 fresh install with data export from cucm 11. Don’t get confused, Technically it’s not drs back restore method.
