Dear All,
I am running cucm 8.5
Is there any option in cucm that if i press "0" on my cisco ip phone the call should transfer to operator extension.
Please let me know how i can do it.

Sure. Add a Translation Pattern in a partition included in your CSS. The pattern would be 0 and the Transformation Mask would be the real extension. Make sure you give the translation pattern a CSS that can reach that real extension.

as u know i m running cucm 8.5
i need to ask you that if one ip phone is ringing let suppose the extension number is 9935 and my extension is 9937.
And i need to pick 9935 while sitting on my extension. can i do that.
can u please let me know the procedure.
