CUCM Certificate Question

Hi Everyone

I have a quick question about certificates, we have 2 certs that are about to expire tomorrow. Call Manager and Call Manager-Trust. My manager is under the impression that If he uploads the new certs it will cause all the phones to reset. I wanted to now if someone can tell me if this is true are not and thanks for the help in advance.

Regeneration of CM certificates will cause the phones to restart automatically. Refer below discussion around this on below Ask the Expert event wherein this question was being asked:

It will not cause but you need to reset them to get updated certificates so you should do it in MW.

Pls go through below document before regenerating them.
