Hi. I have CUCM 9.1.2 connected to Unity Connection 8.6.
Sending call to CUXM using a CTI Route Point. CUXM answers with System Call Handler. Caller chooses option that transfers back to CUCM. Caller hears "Wait while I transfer your call" followed by "Thank you for calling, please wait while we transfer your call to the next available representative.". The last message appeared when we upgraded CUCM from 8.6 to 9.1. I'm trying to remove that announcement on transferred calls from CUXM.
I cannot find it anywhere. Looking up the announcement and using Dependency Records shows the announcement is only used by a single MOH Audio Source. The Welcome Greeting announcement is configured to play here only is a call is queued. Changing the announcement played here does not change the behavior of calls from CUXM.
There is no hunt pilot associated with this call path. How can I remove this announcement from playing? Thanks.

My hunch is that Audio Source number 1 is your default moh and its playing the greeting instead of the actual moh when Unity transfers your call. DId you set the MoH in your Enterprise parameters maybe or Enterprise Phone configuration? Easiest would be to change Audio source number 1 either a music file or silence wav file. Not sure what else that would break.
You could also set the network on hold to be silencewavfile on the VM ports to override the above configuration i mentioned.

I did change the Audio Source 1 and that is what fixed it. This wasn't a problem until we added this Audio Source. There was none configured before. So, somehow, the CUXM transfers are using it. No worries. It is working now and any future needs we have for announcements we will create a new Audio Source for it. I really appreciate your time and replies.

It is definitely not Unity playing the recording. I can change what recording I hear in CUCM. I just made a test call and changed the Caller Input in CUXM to point to my cell phone, I hear the announcement on that call as well. I also made a test call to our main voice mail number which is answered by the System Opening Greeting. When transferring to an extension from there you also hear the announcement. It seems any call being transferred from Unity to CUCM is playing that message.
Are there general transfer rules somewhere in CUCM or CUXM that would govern this?
