Hi all,
We have a CUEAC Server version 9.1.1.20.
It was working fine (more or less), but now, randomly, operators recieve an error "CT error" and can't mange calls.
I knowd that version 9.1.1.10 is affceted by this bug: CSCuj54164 but is solved in version 9.1.1.20
I restarted CUEAC Server and CTI service from CUCM and the issue is still happening.
Anyone knows about this issue?

Hi Aleix,
Since you have already restarted the CUEAC server and CTI manager service this might require a reinstall of TSP. Also, you can check if the CTI manager servers in the TSP configuration match the order defined in the callmanager group on cucm.

Hello,
I had the same issue today with a CUEAC server in version 9.1.1.20.
I modify the phone association with the console with a new phone. The operator had been able to take calls again.
I reset the original phone where I had a problem with the console (on which there was the ghost call).
After the reset, I reassociate the attendant console with the original phone and the issue was fixed.
It seems to be an issue on the monitoring of the line/device associated with the attendant console.
