Dears,
I got below error message after logon CUP.
I'm confused why the date is January 1, 1970?
Is there any impact on server operation?

Hi,
That´s very odd because it seems that everything is fine with your ntp sync.
The errors that you see about the tomcat is just comestic accordingly with this bug

How many IMP Servers do you have?
The database health of your servers is good?
You can check this at Cisco Unified IM and Presence Reporting -> System Reports -> IM and Presence Database Status -> Generate a new report.

Yes, synchronizing time with NTP server is working well.

Could you check your server using the commands:
utils ntp status
utils diagnose test
