Is there a way to disable the keyboard shortcuts in CUPC 8.5.5.1? For instance Alt-Ctrl-D brings up click to call and users need this keyboard shortcut for a LOB app.
Thanks,
Cody

Hi
Open you start menu and right click on "Clict to Call", choose properties > Shortcut.
Then remove everything on the Shortcut Key row and click apply.

Looks like disabling is not possible (no mention of disabling)

That is definitely a nifty way to disable the Ctrl+Alt+D shortcut!

I read the documentation also and thought there was no way of disabling this feature. This will be a big help, thanks!
