Hi Everyone,

Some more help please


Basically the customer user 9 for outside line and want to be able to ring there missed calls but are not able to as there is no 9 infornt of the number.

Hi

If this is a H.323 gateway, you can use a translation rule on the gateway like below :

translation-rule 1

Rule 1 ^.% 9

then apply to the dial-peer going to CUCM

dial-peer voice 1000 voip

incoming called-number .

destination-pattern 4...

translate-outgoing calling 1

session target ipv4: X.X.X.X

For a MGCP gateway, you would achieve this on the CUCM
