Preparing upgrade and
when tried to install ciscocm.preUpgradeCheck-00032.cop.sha512
in System version: 12.5.1.10000-22
I'm getting
Error encountered: The selected file is not valid. Please ensure that the COP/ISO file is intended for this release. MD5 Hash Value:
but it is ok when trying to install
ciscocm.preUpgradeCheck-00029.cop.sgn
Thank you

As you hopefully can see the name of them are different. Have you installed the COP file to add sha512 checksum files on the system? Otherwise it will not understand the content of the files with sha512 in the name as they have been signed by a key that is not present in the system.

Hi collinsks & Roger
I have already installed
ciscocm.enable-sha512sum-2021-signing-key-v1.0.cop.sgn
but I am trying to reinstall but takes time up to now 45 minutes and installation is still running on publisher.

Did you ever resolve this issue? - I am seeing the same problem.

I will be very brief.
I don't know what happened to the actual ftp/sftp server?!
But our problem was solved by simply uploading files from another location (FTP/SFTP server).

Thanks,
I am using a Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment server as the SFTP server. I have used it before for upgrades so I would be surprised if it was the cause of the problem but I will try another SFTP server.
Cheers
