I did not see an option under exporting phone details, and I am looking for a report that lists all the devices with the firmware that is currently loaded on each of them. Running CUCM 9.1.2. Thanks!

You can run show risdb query phone on all the CM servers in the cluster to which phones are registered and then sort out the output in MS Excel and find the active FW load

"show tech devdefaults" command will provide phone firmware defined in CUCM.
"show risdb query phone" command will provide phone firmware loaded on the phone.
