I enabled enterprise subscription while creating phone services for Extension mobility. after waiting for 2 hours the service never shown in any phones.
URL is correct.
http://X.X.X.X:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#
what could be the reason? I restarted extension mobility for both nodes still no change.

When you enable a service via Enterprise Subscription, it does not show in the service list for adding or removing from a device. If you navigate to Device > Device Settings > Phone Services and the service shows as "Enterprise Subscription - True" then all devices are subscribed. There is no other indication.

I created two Extension Mobility service 1) Enterprise subscription and 2) Without subscription.
Manual Service i subscribed from the phone.
When subscribed you can see the service as mentioned below.
Now on the phone you could see two services, on which i applied through enterprise subscription and second which i applied from the phone.

Enabling an Enterprise Subscription services does not interact/interfere with a regular IP Phone Service. The Enterprise Subscription service will be enabled in addition to any manually configured service(s).

In that case You could see two services. One applied through enterprise and one manually.

No, you really don't. Enterprise subscriptions do not appear in the list when you attempt to "Subscribe Service" either to subscribe or to unsubscribe on a device. It is active, though, along with any other manually subscribed services.

Miscommunication. In the device in CUCM admin, you only see the manual (non Enterprise Subscription) service. The Enterprise subscription service does not appear for selection to subscribe or unsubscribe. What you do see in the device in CUCM admin is the manual service.
In the device itself, you would see both of course.

Yes that's the normal behavior, Enterprise Subscription service wont be there in the drop down list.
AS per my understanding @jaheshkhan problem is that , the service doesn't show up on the phone.

If you subscribe the phone to the other EM service you would see both on the phone when you look at services.
