Failed backup on IM and presence

Hello , 

I have a cluster contains: CUCM01 , CUCM02, IM Presence 01 and IM Presence 02  with version 14.0.1

The backup not passed     it give me this message : unable to contact server. master or local agent could be down , on IM Presence 01 and IM Presence 02.

Could you help me please ?

here the answer :

1. has this ever worked? No
2. does the backup complete any parts? At what point does it fail? (what component is backing up?) 55% on cucm pub and sub : Success , but no on IMP01 and IMP02 : unable to contact server. master or local agent could be down
3. is there sufficient space on the destination? Yes
4. are the passwords (platform administrator) the same on all servers? yes the same passwords

also, based on your other posts, i think you have some other issues going on with your cluster.

did you ever get this resolved?

@Steven Lthe problem of service Cisco sync agent is resolved , after regenerate service tomcat and ipsec an all nodes

have you rebooted the entire cluster since this?

just to clarify for you......the ipsec cert is used to encrypt the backup session from each server. i am not sure you need to upload anything to anywhere, as @Roger Kallberg stated, i have never done this before.

your cert stores are out of whack for sure.

rebooting should help things sync back up.
