kindly give me advice currently i having issue my IP phone 8845 freezing randomly and have flickering screen, i upgrade my firmware in newest version but issue still presist

I dont think this as an issues with the firmware, probably this could be a hardware issues. You might need to do an RMA.

When a phone experiences freezing and screen flickering, it become functionality after being restarted. is it posible is it hardware issue?
