I am very new to b-acd and scripts.
Now we have call manager express installed all incomming calls are plar to operator and he is manually forwarding calls to extensions.
I need that the caller should receive a prompt " please dial required extension" then caller should be allowed to dial extension .
Can some one send me the sample configuration for doing so.
I check the sample b-acd files comes with CME-4.0 Full package but it has many options "dial 1 for .. 2 for ..." i dont need such configuration . I just need a single voice prompt that allows callers to dial extensions directly with out the need of operator
Thanks,

Do you have CUE along with your CME? If so, you can use the auto attendant feature within CUE to accomplish this. Check this link on configuring the AA feature within CUE.

No, we do not have Unity express. It is a small setup with about 15-20 ip phones and 8 - FXO lines and we dont any requirement for voice mail, so we dont want to buy CME just for this purpose.
Thanks,
