How can I delete Old Voicemail on Cisco Unified CM Administration or on Cisco IP Phone Model CP 6941and CP 6911

You do that in your voicemail system, neither CUCM nor the phone model have anything to do with what you're asking.
If the phone has access to the mailbox you want, you can use the TUI to delete those messages.

Hi Jaime. You haven't answered the question. Telling us where you delete them doesn't tell us how to delete them. What is the method for deleting them?

Either you use the phone to call the VM system and use the TUI to delete the messages or if you have the system setup for single inbox you’ll use your mail system client to remove the messages.

Give the voicemail boxes in question access to the Web Inbox via CoS. Log into each one via the Web Inbox GUI (https://<ip_of_cuc>/inbox) and delete from there.

Press 3 and you will be given the option to press 1 for saved voicemail or 2 for deleted voicemail. 7. Choose option 1 to review ALL deleted messages or 2 to delete ALL deleted messages. The CISCO VoIP phone system is designed to regularly purge previously deleted voicemail messages.
