Dear,
I Have a Problem During Cisco IM and Presence 11 Installation Procsess and the error page that i attached here.
I didn't install that before and Like to see if someone told me about the pre-installation, installation and post-installation task I should do another thing is that i don't know whether i should do something on cucm before installation or not.

You need to add it first in cucm (cucm admin page -> system -> server) as IM and Presence and then start the imp installation and make sure imp version should be exactly same as of cucm.

I add server to CUCM from directory that you said but error page is after doing this job.
and my CUCM version is 11.0.1.20000-2 and IM and Presence is 11.0.1.10000-6 you think that is there any problem with the version.

NTP shows unsyncronised.
Just check for that.

Dear Sir,
Thank So Much for good and fast reposes. the Problem is because of NTP Shows unsync Status. and I add a Public NTP server to solve that Problem.

Hi,
In addition to what Suresh has told, u also need to check the NTP status on CUCM.
It should be accessible/synronised and stratum should be 5 or below.
IMP is syncronised to CUCM for NTP and CUCM in turn is syncronised to NTP server.
