Increase MTP Call Count

I want to increase the MTP call count value. After making this change do I need to do any service restarts?

I assume "Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App"? However I would like to confirm.

I don't think so. Because it's not a config specifically tied to a device / object in CUCM.
And also there is nothing mentioned in the parameter description:

You always better check the parameter descriptions first. Normally the give you the info, if and which service to restart.

Thanks @b.winter , to confirm I updated the value and I could see in RTMT the amount of available MTP jumped up within a few moments, no restart required.
